RRTS Ke Teeno Major Corridors
NCRTC ne teen main corridors plan kiye hain Delhi NCR ke liye:
- Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Corridor: 82.15 km long, already operational from Sahibabad to Duhai Depot
- Delhi-Gurugram-SNB-Alwar Corridor: 106 km planned, construction phase mein hai
- Delhi-Panipat Corridor: 103 km route, DPR approval stage mein
Meerut corridor mein total 25 stations hain aur sabse interesting baat ye hai ki Sarai Kale Khan se New Delhi Railway Station tak underground tunnel banaya gaya hai.
Fare Structure aur Timings
RRTS ka fare system bahut reasonable hai bhai. Distance ke basis pe ₹20 se ₹100 tak ka fare hai currently operational stretch pe.
Premium coach aur standard coach dono available hain. Premium mein AC better hai aur seats comfortable hain. Frequency dekho toh peak hours mein har 5-10 minute mein train milti hai.
Operating hours morning 5:30 AM se night 11:00 PM tak hain weekdays mein. Weekend timings thoda different ho sakti hain stations ke basis pe.
Major Stations aur Connectivity
Key stations jo connect ho rahe hain:
- Sarai Kale Khan: Delhi mein main terminal, Metro connectivity available
- New Ashok Nagar: Blue Line Metro se connected
- Anand Vihar: Railway station aur ISBT connectivity
- Sahibabad: UP Gateway station
- Ghaziabad: Major junction with multiple transport modes
- Murad Nagar: Intermediate station for local connectivity
Delhi Airport se direct connectivity planning stage mein hai aur ye 2027 tak complete hone ki expectation hai.
Future Plans aur Development
RRTS network ka expansion plan dekho toh mind-blowing hai. Gurugram corridor ka Phase 1 work already start ho gaya hai aur Cyber City, Udyog Vihar jaise major business hubs cover honge.
Panipat corridor approve hone ke baad North Delhi ka connectivity aur better ho jayega. Total investment around ₹1.5 lakh crore ka hai teeno corridors ke liye.
Rolling stock indigenous hai aur Alstom company ke collaboration se manufacture ho raha hai India mein hi. Safety features top-notch hain with automatic train control systems.
Honestly yaar, RRTS se Delhi NCR ki traffic problem ka solution mil raha hai. Meerut se Delhi office jaana ab sirf 1 hour ka matter hai instead of 3-4 hours road travel. Matlab productivity bhi increase hogi aur pollution bhi kam hoga. Win-win situation hai!
