Spirit Movie Update – Sandeep Reddy Vanga Magic

Spirit is Prabhas’s most anticipated project with Animal director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film has a whopping ₹400 crore budget, making it one of the most expensive Indian films ever.

  • Production house: T-Series and Bhadrakali Pictures
  • Expected release: December 2026
  • Genre: Action thriller with cop drama elements
  • Music: Harshavardhan Ranganathan

Honestly yaar, after Animal’s success, expectations from this combo are sky-high. The film will showcase Prabhas in a never-seen-before cop avatar.

Salaar Part 2: Shouryaanga Parvam Status

Prashanth Neel’s Salaar sequel is currently in pre-production phase. After Part 1 collected ₹615 crores worldwide, the pressure is real for this KGF director.

The film will continue Deva’s story from where Part 1 ended. Shruti Haasan returns as the female lead, and the budget is estimated around ₹350 crores. Filming will begin in Hyderabad and Karnataka locations by mid-2026.

Mujhe lagta hai this will be even bigger than the first part, considering the cliffhanger ending left fans wanting more.

Raja Deluxe and Other Projects

Maruthi’s Raja Deluxe is Prabhas’s lighter project compared to his usual larger-than-life roles. This commercial entertainer has a more reasonable budget of ₹180 crores.

  • Co-star: Malavika Mohanan as female lead
  • Music director: Thaman S
  • Production: UV Creations
  • Release window: August 2026

The film promises to show Prabhas’s comedy timing, which we haven’t seen much since his early career days in Telugu cinema.

Box Office Expectations and Market Impact

Prabhas commands a minimum ₹25 crore fee per film, making him one of India’s highest-paid actors. His pan-India appeal means these films will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada simultaneously.

Trade analysts predict Spirit alone could cross ₹500 crore worldwide if it matches Animal’s content quality. The Hyderabad-based star has proven his Hindi belt popularity with Baahubali series and Saaho.

Arre bhai, with OTT rights and satellite deals, each Prabhas film is practically a ₹100+ crore business even before theatrical release. Netflix and Amazon Prime are reportedly bidding heavily for digital rights of all three projects. This lineup will definitely keep Prabhas fans entertained throughout 2026!
