NEET Sports Quota क्या है यार?
Medical colleges में total seats का 5% sports quota के under reserve होता है। Matlab agar AIIMS Delhi में 100 MBBS seats हैं तो 5 seats sports quota के लिए होंगी। Honestly yaar, competition kam होता है इसमें because ज्यादा students को पता ही नहीं होता।
NEET qualify करना mandatory है – minimum 50th percentile marks चाहिए General category के लिए, और 40th percentile OBC/SC/ST के लिए। Private colleges जैसे Manipal University या SRM Medical College में fees ₹15-20 लाख per year होती है।
Eligible Sports और Requirements
Sports Authority of India (SAI) recognized games में achievement चाहिए होती है। Major categories include:
- Olympic Games – Cricket, Football, Hockey, Badminton, Wrestling
- Asian Games – Table Tennis, Swimming, Athletics, Boxing
- Commonwealth Games – Shooting, Weightlifting, Cycling
- National Championships – State level tournaments भी count होते हैं
Minimum District level में 1st position या State level में top 3 position चाहिए होती है। Certificate SAI approved होना जरूरी है yaar।

NEET exam May 2026 में होगा, उसके बाद June-July में counseling start होगी। Sports quota ke लिए separate application भरना पड़ता है MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) की website पर।
