क्या है ये Fitness Factor Actually?
Fitness factor matlab वो multiplier जो आपकी basic pay को decide करता है bhai. 7th Pay Commission में ये 2.57 था, जिससे minimum salary ₹7,000 से jump करके ₹18,000 हो गई थी। अब 8th Pay Commission में ये factor बढ़ने की strong possibility है.
Delhi में रहने वाले Grade Pay ₹4,200 वाले employee का example लेते हैं – उसकी current basic pay around ₹25,500 है. अगर fitness factor 2.86 हो जाए तो यही salary ₹29,000+ हो जाएगी!
Timeline aur Implementation की Updates
Honestly yaar, government abhi tak official announcement नहीं की है लेकिन sources के according 8th Pay Commission की formation 2026 के end तक हो सकती है. Implementation तो 2027 या 2028 में होगी probably.
Previous pattern देखें तो:
- 6th Pay Commission: 2008 में implement, fitness factor 1.86
- 7th Pay Commission: 2016 में implement, fitness factor 2.57
- 8th Pay Commission: Expected 2027-28, fitness factor 2.86+
Kitna Milega Actual Benefit?
Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore जैसी महंगी cities में रहने वाले government employees के लिए ये बहुत बड़ी relief होगी. Current inflation rate को देखते हुए fitness factor 3.0 तक भी जा सकता है!
Rough calculation के हिसाब से:
- Junior Scale Officer (₹25,500 basic): New basic ₹29,000-30,000
- Senior Scale Officer (₹35,400 basic): New basic ₹40,500-42,000
- Principal Scale (₹47,600 basic): New basic ₹54,500-57,000
Arrears का Scene क्या Hoga?
Arre yaar, सबसे exciting part तो arrears का है! 7th Pay Commission के time पर कई employees को ₹2-3 lakh तक के arrears mile थे. 8th Pay Commission में भी implementation date से back calculate करके arrears milenge.
Kolkata में मेरे एक friend को 7th Pay Commission के arrears में ₹2.8 lakh mile थे एक साथ. इस बार भी similar amount expect कर सकते हैं depending on your pay scale.
